The Home comprises 17 well appointed single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom each individually decorated. Two rooms have ensuite facilities.
We encourage you to make your room personal; you can bring your favourite small items (chair, pictures, etc.).

All bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets are fitted with emergency call units which can be used for assistance in any type of emergency or regular help needed.
All exterior doors to the home are fitted with door alarms to ensure the alarm is raised should any resident wanders inappropriately.
The complex has an integrated fire alarm system with heat and smoke detectors, five alarm call points and fire doors at the required intervals throughout the buildings. It also has emergency lighting which runs throughout the building in all hallways, lounges and landings.
All staff receives training and practice in fire containment and evacuation procedures. There are six fire drills carried out per annum and these are comprised of four for night staff and two for day staff. All staff are also trained and instructed in the handling of other emergencies including enlisting the assistance of ambulance and police services.
All residents are made aware of the action to be taken in the event of a fire or other emergency. Copies of the home's fire safety policy and procedures are available on request.
